Before founding Schwarz Divorce Advisory, Cali spent nearly two decades practicing law, with the majority of her career devoted exclusively to family law. Cali began her family law practice at the Law Office of Warren Cole, where she spent nine years representing clients through divorce and other complex family law matters. In 2016, she joined Tindall & England, P.C., where she continued her family law practice until July, 2026, where she further developed the experience that now shapes her work with clients navigating divorce.

 

Cali is Board Certified in Family Law by the Texas Board of Legal Specialization, a distinction that reflects substantial experience and demonstrated expertise in the field. She is also certified in Mediation and Dispute Resolution by the Frank Evans Center for Conflict Resolution.

 

Cali’s work in family law has also been recognized by Super Lawyers.  Super Lawyers, owned by Internet Brands, is an attorney-rating service and its site identifies the Super Lawyers. She was selected to the Texas Super Lawyers list from 2021 through 2026, after previously being selected to the Texas Rising Stars list in 2018 and 2019.  Information regarding the Super Lawyers selection process is available here.

 

Throughout her legal career, Cali was actively involved in the Houston family law community. She served on the Houston Bar Association Board of Directors from 2012 to 2015 and on the Board of Directors of the Burta Rhoads Raborn Family Law American Inn of Court from 2011 to 2014. In 2014, she received the Inn's President's Award in recognition of her service and involvement.

 

Cali also co-authored the 4th Edition Texas Family Law Ultimate Checklists, published by the State Bar of Texas Family Law Section, and has written and presented on a variety of family law topics and continuing legal education programs throughout Texas.

 

She earned her J.D. from South Texas College of Law in 2008 and her B.A. from Baylor University in 2005, where she studied communications and business.

 

That experience ultimately became the foundation for Schwarz Divorce Advisory—giving Cali a unique understanding not only of the legal process of divorce, but of the decisions, preparation, communication, and strategy that can make an overwhelming process feel far more manageable.
